Bit more wiring brushing, cleaning and painting

 

Wiper motor and rack has come up really well

 

 

 

Spent about an hour on the switch panel. Given it a quick spray with some white primer and its come up well. I think it will get a top coat of silver.

 

 

Top arms with all new bearings in and fitting some new plastic things that the hi lows sit in so these are now ready to go on as well.

I just had a look and yes it does haha. While checking I also found a bottle of stella in there that I was unaware of so that was a jolly nice surprise!

I was going to get one exactly the same as that then, did you get it off ebay from a seller in cornwall? haha,How cold was the stella

Good work! What did you use to clean the wiper motor up? It' looks like new!

 

 

I used a rag, some cotton buds for the small fiddly bits and then I gave it a quick coat of paint. I just used the brake grey paint I bought for the master cylinders mainly as you don't need primer for it and I didn't have any primer at the time haha. It did come out really well though. I'll properly end up using it for more bits in the engine bay.

Na I bought it from Busfest last year for like £3 haha. Stella was about room temp to be honest haha but it had been in there since Saturday. If I had noticed I had one left over I would have fridged it enjoyed that bad boy with my cheesy chips I had earlier.

Ah, I wish i got the one on e-bay now , thats a good price for that.
