1) only a ABH charge unless you use a crowbar / knife etcsorry mate but if you went up his arse its your fault in the eyes of the insurance, even if he was insured youd still be paying out.
I'd make it personal and go smash his face in.
nice attitude, go get a GBH charge over some bits of bent metal. really worth it.
(Grevious Bodily harm is when you make them bleed a lot, ABH is just a little)
2) balaclava and no names given?
3) it's not about hitting peoples cars anyway, just bloody unlucky.

alright calm down mike monkey was already admitted that but if everyone was doing what they should have that guy wouldn't be on the road because 1. He didn't have a road legal car 2. he has no insurance!!!it doesnt matter how much like a willy he was driving and how many man hours you spent getting your pride and joy ready it is still your fault that you hit him!!
if you think the car in front has ABS, back off. Then you wont hit anyone (pretty simple really). Why blame other drivers for the damage to your car when you where the one that hit him

I totally agree ............I'd make it personal and go smash his face in.
Teach him a lesson for been uninsured. I know people will disagree with me, but the safe and legal drivers always loose out to the non qualifed, unisured and idiot drivers.

Not for long, the police now have a system where they can check an insurance database to see if a car is insured and to which drivers etc, i got pulled over and breathalised (zero) but they didn't believe i was insured because i was in my mums 325i, course i am but they made me sit in the back for 30mins while they checked. Whats good tho is they can use number plate scanning cameras so if a car is not insured they will be caught, or if its insured to a 40 yo and a 17 yo is driving they will sus them pretty quick.and agree again.........it really pisses me off that people are STILL getting away with having no insurance etc................ ffs......... get a job and get some bloody insurance!!

Thinking of going primer grey on the body and a matt black roof with a white cross what do we all think?
Oh and as for the rest of it he was arrested last night because he was also serving a ban for Drug Driving
Not that it helps me any more right now but at least i know he will be getting ANOTHER slap on the wrists and ill be able to pay for him again next year with my premium lol
Ive calmed down now so i think its all a bit funny just before christmas ....... it could only happen to me the most clumsy guy to ever drive a pink mini

lol, when i had my accident i my other mini, the police tried to imply that i was unisured then, two officers both accused me of not having any tax, to whichi replied how many more years would you like me to tax it for, because it was taxed 31.08.06 and the accident was 21.09.05 they thought my tax had run out :saywhat:Not for long, the police now have a system where they can check an insurance database to see if a car is insured and to which drivers etc, i got pulled over and breathalised (zero) but they didn't believe i was insured because i was in my mums 325i, course i am but they made me sit in the back for 30mins while they checked.
