really sorry to hear about it mate. hope you get it sorted. anyways, why are you talking about kicking his teeth in now, surely you'd have done it then if you were going to. i wouldnt bother anyway, if you did you'd end up with a bent mini and no money. and probably his mates after you.

the law system is USELESS - and my HU that got nicked is the best example I've got:

Pioneer DEH-P77MP: £230
HU cradle: £10
Alpine remote amp balancer: £10 (ebay - the phono connectors got ripped off)
New passenger window off insurance: £50

total of £300




They thankfull caught the little scrotes (great neighbor!!!) 2 of them were taken to court, and ordered to pay £90 each to me (plus £80 each to my mate laura whose car they practically DESTROYED) the third has yet to be prosecuted




That was about 7 months ago, and so far I've received 3 cheques for about £6 each, from ONE of the people, and I've yet to hear anything about the 3rd bloke!













my opinion - beat the poo out of him, tie him up, and then burn his car in front of him. At worst, you'll get a fine for £20, and some community service

Glad you got it sorted, some real immature "go kick his head in" attitudes on here, bit surprised at that to be honest. Not wishing to sound insulting, but if you were being observant, obeying the 2 second rule, and had your lights on you would have seen him and been able to stop in time. Just my 2p worth, but as I said, glad the bad guy was put to rights
