Tom
haha thanks

its not as good as i would like it to be but its good enough until i just learn to get it neater

whats the first mini show of the year?
good work by the way i still cant get my carb set up
keeps backfiring
whats ur plans for ur mini?
if you join the ni-minis forum theres a section that has all the shows that will be on, theres already been a couple but i havent been to them, theres shanes castle on sunday and monday which i cant go to cus dad decided he was goin to fermanagh so im just goin out nd gettin pissed at the regent pre-formal tommorow

if you cant get it sorted out you can take it to alan lemon on the portaferry road, he is a bit of a mini wizz and he doesnt charge alot, i want his mk1 cooper s though even though it needs a full resto or his riley elf or the engine from his other mini

plans are to get it looking very retro and standard-ish
im not goin to do much with the engine, just replace the clutch
lighten the flywheel in tech
im considering gettin a 12g202 head of a mates scrap mini and putting it on
also considering twin carbs cus the guy doing my interior has twins but i dont know what type they are yet lol
car will be sprayed blue (not sure what colour blue yet) with a silver roof and silver cooper s reverse rims with no arches
i will be picking up my interior on sunday afternoon and the pics of the rear seats i got look awesomee
a bit of an update of what ive got done over the last couple of days:
finished patching the floor to heel board area and that patch was a bit of a pain, had to weld it before it was even on the car so i could keep everything looking original underneath even though no one will see it really

the next patch took 5 little patches to keep it looking original and proper and i had to cut out a previous patch to do it properly

started this patch on the boot floor, got it plug welded on and tacked on

the i ran out of gas so thats me bugered till tuesday cus of work and bank holidays when my dad can go get the bottle re-filled while im at tech

not much left to do on the body:
patch a couple more areas, a couple of them will be a ******* to patch but it will get done
repair sills when i get the sill to cut up to what i need
weld on rear valance and closing panels
weld on the front end

all opinions welcome
thanks, Adam
