Thanks, that really does mean a lot. :) Lots of people seem to enjoy looking at my Metro, in car parks I get a lot of old folk walk over and have a good look and then they say 'I used to have one of these' ^_^ And then they comment on how shiney she is. Happened about 6 times now :)

Why am I lapping scimitar valves in on my kitchen table ( yes my mums not here, shed kill me if she knew ) at this time on a Friday night? :lol: lol!

I remember when we left your house and we had to realign the cushions so your mum didn't realize your friends had been sitting on her best sofa that's for display only! :ohno:

Painted my little dash thingy nightfire red and did the rest of the door handles. Getting the door handles out is such a mission... did the central locking motors at the same time. :) still gotta do the back motors though.

Lol, I got screwed at just now for not setting the cushion positioning, I only went out for like 15 minutes to pick a friend up, lmao!

Lol unlucky dude!! OCD parenting

So today I got up bright and early... okay, that's a lie, I woke up at midday!... and started to rust proof the Tro for the coming winter season. :)

Started with a nice big tin of this:

And taking apart the entire front of the car. I removed the wheel arch liners and gave everything a good few coats and now it's a LOT better :). Plastic liners went back on after a clean...
