Well its been slow going but now got rad and water all conected give the wiring a bit of a tidy and the gear linkage in. just got to see what its like on the road.

So had it started again and brought up to temp and then re torqued the head.

Seems to rev very freely

Jobs to do

Modify bonnet
bleed brakes
bleed / adjust clutch
adjust timing and carbs
torque up balljoints, track rod ends and bearings
fit arches and wheels

Not long now :D :D :D

Wow! This is very quirky! :) I prefer these Mini variants modified. That'll be canny quick and the Force wheels look fantastic!

Alex.

luke they do look good would have been a better driver if i had gone injection but you cant beat the looks of carbs.

Thanks Alex, i suppose it is a bit quirky and I think thats why I have done it to try and have something a bit diferent.

well, recent progress has been slow had to cut a hole in the tunnel for the new gear linkage ( first attempt didnt work) and cut the bonnet so it now fits and doesnt catch the carbs.
