carpeted the interior

the carpet has been glued and stapled onto mdf. i've done it like that so i can use it everyday and throw stuff in the back!
reconditioned the rear brakes, with new shoes, pistons, braided hoses and a fitting kit. cleaned up the radius arms and back plates and gave them a coat of hammerite.

also reconditioned the brake servo, and gave that a lick of paint. started work on the loom (have to extend the wiring for the wing indicators if i want my front to flip!

me being slightly impaitent, i wanted to see how the car will look with deep dish wheels on it so turned around my 12" wellers (don't worry i am going to buy proper deep dish wheels!) did a few other bits as well. anyone know how to change my title? want it to say tahiti blue street racer or something similar, think 1989 mini something is a little un imaginative! next up date soon! (don't worry that front number plate is going in its proper place i was just seeing what it looks like!)

One thing though, can you not find another way of mounting the number plate? I hate it when people hang it off, looks un-thought-about in my opinion.
Good work!

got some ally minifins, much better than the standard steel ones!

also with the rear on a beam axle and coilovers i thought it was only sensible to put coilovers on the front! will get it corner weighted when its on the road.

adjustable arms coming soon but for now heres some more pics of me front. (don't know whats going on about the size of the pics, stupid photobucket!)

and a la derier

When you say £1000 for the sprayjob, is that oustide only? Or did they spray inside as well?
