Been another busy week, Both outer sills have now been removed, inner sills cleaned, treated and painted, new outer sills fitted, Rear 1/4 removed and the closing plate fitted, Rear 1/4 will be fitted monday/tuesday, then its just paintwork and rebuild!! getting very excited, especially when i turned it round yesterday, the clutch now feels amazing and the gearbox is so crisp!


Sills will be stonechipped prior to paint



Rear quarter to be replaced




























Yes I know I have painted the back and now im replacing the rear quarter but hidden rust made me change my mind

no worries and ya phone gone and ya shes getting there just been repairing the rear boot floor and fitting the rear arches :)

I am glad you are changing the rear 1/4's, will be worth while in the long run, paint is paint, but wont stick long on 're occuring,rusty' repairs. Gonna be a beast for sure

Evening, been at it again today, panel has been clamped up, door fitted, and everything fits superb.. Tomorrow im removing the panel, punching the holes, zinc priming the seams and re clamping, once everything is re aligned, I will break out ze velder and weld it on, then it's pretty much finish painting!!
