V4 engines arnt really done now, essex V4s are kinda obsolete now, V5? probably limited due to lack of development for horseys..

A mini box. Or even a RWD set up from
A caterham! About the same length!

On a more serious note, I don't think that RWD is that great for a Saloon sized mini.
The wheel base is to short, the back end would be coming round to say hello every time you flexed your big toe, If anything 4WD.

No idea. Would be cool though!! Ether have to have a turbo box or stick the brute out the bonnet. I'd choose the bonnet!!
Around 130 std. Turbo I'd want to make 240 ish reliable powrs
That would be a monster engine and probably one of the fastest a series engined minis on TMF.
