Those wheels look very......very....very...Expensive!!...I love the exhausts on the F5000...Marshmellow toasters!!

Oh!! and thats a lot of negative camber on the rear of the Capri.. :proud:

Grand a pop for the rears, 2 grand for a set for tyres;)

Yeah the fords fail gnarly, got a 150 brake Kent in it:P

Haha, no, only just though! You could run the fronts all round on a mini, bit wide though. For comparison, the caterham front wheels are 6 wide... :P

What size chokes are you useing on the webber, Jets, Emulsion tube etc??

On the mini? No idea, when I bought it off Peter Baldwin he said setting it all up was included in the price, so iM taking it to him shortly to get it all mocked up to run, then get it running right:P

exhaust mounts made and fitted

on our brake tester, now i have fully functioning brakes 8)

with minisport 4 pots, servo assisted (not currently working as no vacumn) front and mini finned rears, the rears can lock up and the fronts are the best my dad says he has ever seen on a mini :proud:

hey mate were you at donnington today? i saw the Leos caterham doing a good few practice starts at the end of the pitland..... i was running the orange mclaren 12c....

yup, we are:) leaving to get back up there in about 20 mins!

was that the white one? if it was, 8) 500 kg, 320 bhp, 7 speed paddle shift, launch, traction control and carbon prop and bell housing :P

You weren't testing with Stuart hall were you??

Stuart wasnt there no.. he does GP3..


Im in the middle of building my 1310 at the moment...just balanced all the conrods. I built the gearbox yesterday and pick up all my engine bits next week.. ill probably do a build blog sometime soon...

Really good build :) I am aslo building a 1310 but for road use. Just got the block back from the machine shop, im also using the same pistons as you and its a 1275GT block. Its just a pitty I dont have a close ratio box to go with it.

Bit of an impromptue update: pulling engine apart to fit some specialist components con rods. Can't trust the ones I modified, think I will either destruction test them or run them in a road engine first, can't afford to have a rod go, this has cost enough as it is!! :D
