looking a real treat to the eyes well done on your hard work........
It honestly is, I can't believe it's gotten this far after the wreck dust pile we started with, speakers don't do it justice as it sounds so much better than I expected, few little odds and sods to sort,Mark one steering wheel to source, shiny bits to put on and she's done

Well work has been slow since I've been in Bulgaria for what seems like forever, the steering wheel has been sent off to be painted along with the cowels, I didn't spend much money while in Bulgaria so on my way home from work I called in and got a mustache, then thought eh, may aswell buy a grille, the grille unfortunately is bent like a banana and has to go back, so I'll just leave a little teaser photo

Well a small update since last time, that shiny fresh fuel tank.. leaked so another had to go in
Then we rummaged through the sheds for a heater blanking plate, and I put part of the dash together
We moved it earlier but the clutch happens to be on the floor which is annoying, so we need to sort that and a few little bits and then hopefully next week it'll be MOT'd.. not finshed finished but MOT'd

Just read through the whole thing and I'm impressed! The car is awesome and I cant wait to see more. Im a senior in high school (not sure what you guys across the pond call that), but I've got a 1976 BMW 2002 as a daily driver/project. I'm most likely going to sell it soon and buy an old mini due to it needing some bodywork that I dont have the time or money for.

Cars over a certain age dont have to pass emissions and are exempt from many things that new cars have to pass. As long as I get one thats relatively old, Ill be good.
