Hi ive just purchased a 1970 mini cooper s which the owner was told was an ex huddersfield police car. The car has extensive rot and i dont think anybody would really be able to do alot with. Sadly i believe its just too far gone. It is known to the dvla and i have the old logbook ( as i have not sent it off yet) and a duplicate of the first logbook. I was just wondering what sort of money its worth as a project? Will try an upload some photos later but they are not pretty and might make some of,you cry!

Get some pics up, what you might think is un-saveable other people might not. Especially something like this.

Almost anything is repairable, better than the logbook ending up being used to clone something else.

Judging by that it doesnt look as bad as i thought lol. but the last owner has just started cutting the shell up to get rid of it! its tiwisted, roofs caved in, rear subframe non existent. arches are not atached to body, rear seat has gone and reat parcel shelf has rotted away from the body.
heres a couple ive got. Floor pans are non existent and its collapsed and bent on the both door steps.
