good read, love the shower hose wire tidy idea!
as mine is a shell atm may give it ago
i guess your not running carpets though?
may have to see what it looks like underneath that :)
Thanks! Yeah running no carpets, if you decide to do it please put some kind of mat or skateboard deck tape down or something because my heels have rubbed through the new shiny paint on the floor!

Just read through this all.
Your mini is beautiful! I love everything about it especially the stickerbomb rear lights :)
So many of the things you've done are ideas I had for mine maybe thats why I like it so much lol.
De-bumpered minis usually isn't my thing but really looks good on yours.
Thanks appreciate that a lot

Great work buddy
Great work, Its sitting really nice and low!

Hope you like!

Well it is painted in maranello red... would be rude not to introduce it to its 3rd step-cousin twice removed!

You know you're sadly in love with your car when you can park it next to a Ferrari and still rather be driving yours home

Can I ask how you fitted your front reg plate ?
Andrew
Tied a cable tie around it at each end, then looped another one through this on the back and tied that through two holes I have in my front valance for spotlights. I'll get some pics when I'm home if its easier

Lovely mini mate spot on
Lovely work from you and your dad. Car is a credit to you both
Thanks guys :)
Haven't updated this for a while, nothing much has happened to it as it's my daily so never have any time to take it off the road so I'm just enjoying driving it for a while
Another reason it's staying like this for a bit is because I've got a Mini Mag feature lined up so I don't want to change it too much from how the guys over there have seen it. Keep an eye out for the feature, let's just say it's going to be a fast one ;)
Got a question for you lot as well, the comic strip door cards are annoying me. I can't work out if I like them or if they clutter up the interior too much, so should I keep them or swap them for a couple of sheets of carbon fibre?
Thanks for reading
Tom

I'd say swap them for the carbon fibre, but you don't have anything else which is carbon to 'match', still there might come a time for some more carbon bits ;)

cheers boys another dent in the wallet, nice one! ;)
There will definitely be more carbon for phase 2, but for now I have the carbon vinyl dash which would be along the same theme... I'll make some door cards up and see what they look like
