The majority of people i come across love my mini and ive almost always had nice comments :) All my friends have loved my car and even converted a few to owning a mini

The only person who is ever negative about my mini is my bf of all people!! and he owns one himself!!
Although thats probably because mines quicker and not stuck in a garage! ;) And he probably doesn't like the fact I love my mini more than him lol (just kidding....... sort of )

Can't say I've ever experienced this. People wonder why I don't want to use a modern car as a daily runner & have the mini for weekend fun, but I don't really understand why somebody wouldn't want to use the car they love everyday.

Agree with you totally, why experience it on just weekends when you can everyday?!

Because they're special and allergic to bad weather!

i had 2 kids in a silver lowerd corsa, fat bumpers, spoiler, cheery bomb exhaust, nos, sparco stickers and the like down the side. nice 5 spoke alloys lol revving and rocking at the lights shouting "oi grandad nice car," (its a 78 mini van, standard as they come, standard pea shooter exhaust, so it doesnt sound "fast")

i also had a washing machine and a micro wave in the back because im moving house

didnt stand a chance vrooooooooooooooommmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

why blend in when you can stand out?

VXR Corsa D

It always makes me laugh to see a Corsa VXR. What's the point? They even have the Nurburgring edition.

The Corsa alone is enough to laugh at him and ignore his comments.

I experienced Mini hate today.

I went to work in my Mini 3 days last week because the weather was sunny Went in today in my daily and was greeted with "where's the Mini, it broken down?" Cheeky sod in his hairdressers car

Also I'm driving up to Edinburgh Thurs evening, a 300m trip each way and had a comment from someone else lunchtime about am I going in the Mini and if so that it would be rattling and falling to pieces at 70 up the M6 and the 3 other people in earshot all started laughing at his 'joke'
