Get it all the time from my rugby team.. "Are you sad that you haven't got a heater?" "Don't you wish you could go fast?" Whats the top speed?" I'll give you a fiver for it"..
I just laugh it off & hit 'em hard in training.. :shifty:

Buts its always funny to see how quickly they change tunes when they want a lift into town because they've been drinking! :proud:

Owning a Mini isn't about how fast you get there, but how much fun you have getting there. :w00t:

Just ask "have you ever had a Mini?"
If they reply no, follow up with "I guess you don't like girls either, then?"

Everyone at my work apart from one bloke says that minis are just **** rust buckets.
But yet everytime I drive mine I have a massive smile on my face, my girlfriend and her family love it.
They way I see it is some people like modern comfort cars that give you no sense of driving at all and then theres people like us, that love maintaining our cars and prefer the good old fashioned cars that you can feel every but of the road!

My work mate had a VXR Corsa D, and my boss has a 1953 chevy pick up which he's restored, and they both try to win me up about the mini, but the matey with the Corsa had to put about 3 gearboxes in his, and my boss had to completely restore his Chevy, and has since had to be put another engine and gearbox in it, as they've both gone. So all I say is, how much has yours broken, and how much did it cost you?

No. They're just jealous because they drive normal-people cars.

This is my point! 90% of people who say this have never driven or even been in a mini, just don't understand :shifty:
