So this has been great guys!

Finally, here's a few extra shots of the wheels/interior people were asking for. Getting sediment drained this week, and then I can properly enjoy my mini haha!

Once again, thanks for the great feedback/comments. this place has been a godsend to a new (clueless!) Mini owner. :)

The classic peg on the choke! ive got a 1979 mini 1000 standard engine and mechanicals and to be honest it is not happy above 60 ive had it up to 75 but apart from being very loud i find that it really starts to drink fuel (not that its that economical to start with!)

best bet would be to go a tyre place and ask them......its about tyre size, so the make of alloy wont matter for the pressure.

i think most guides in the garage's will say around 28 all round.....although the guides are based on one tyre size for 12 wheels, i personally put 34 all round in the winter and 30 in the summer
