Mostly the don't, however this kid was designed to run with a pulley that also drives the sc.

There are a number of options out there.

I have the prototype of this kit... Fits to a standard pulley as long as you have the tapped holes.

I didn't realise the trigger wheel went on the inside. Is there a crank pully with a trigger wheel built in anywhere?

mines bolted to the inside of the pulley . 6 m6 allen heads sunk into the trigger .

antother thing i saw when i was doing it was after 3000kms the oil seal had ripped the crap out of the alloy pulley . so i put a stailnlss speedy sleeve on that at the same time

I had the same problem, the timing chain cover oil seal is design for a mild steel pulley, not aluminium, so had a stainless steel sleeve frozen on, problem solved!

Did you only have this problem with the trigger wheel fitted?

Did you ever get round to fitting the mega jolt? I have a vmax 1293 s/c setup and considering this. I see MED do an s/c pulley with built in trigger wheel and also some other bits for a mega jolt. I have an SPi engine, and its got some sort of sensor on the left hand front lower of the engine, wires cut off, assume this was something to do with the ECU when it had one - can this be used to good effect?

Very excited about The Aldon Amethyst.
Units are in production as we speak. We are hoping to be ready to sell our ones by the middle to end of November.
Our dedicated webpage has gone live today, just waiting for Google to index it for easier search results.
In brief though the Aldon Amethyst is a mappable ignition system which will discreetly connect
to your distributor to retain that classic car look. It will give you full control over advance characteristics for vacuum, boost and TPS configuration, also includes adjustable ‘soft’ rev-limit, variable dwell and immobiliser.

What are the benefits over mega jolt?

Don't need to scratch around getting bits, installing trigger wheel etc, use existing dizzy, cheaper. looks easier to install. I'll be on the phone to them tomorrow to place my order. Exciting stuff.
