Cleaned up inside the d/s door post and painted it with zinc 182. I will be fitting the inner wing tomorrow.

Right need help from someone with a mk1 shell. I need to fit this rad cowl panel a need to know some measurements so I get it in the correct place

Need the distance from the bulkhead to the back part and from the top of the inner wing down to the cowl . Cheers !

Cheers bud that shows me were all the spot welds originally were but why have you removed yours? :s

Np. I found a decent bulge in the middle of the cross member bracket unfortunately, just made it easier to replace

Cleaned the inner wing to bare metal ready for the radiator shroud to be welded in painted in zinc 182

Cleaned the edges of the shroud to bare metal and painted that with zinc 182

I'm waiting for this paint to go off then I will mark were it needs to go using the measurements mini josh gave me and drill some holes and weld it in!
