Went out and drilled the holes ready for the rad shroud today but go to dark to weld it on as the extension lead wont run the welder and lights
Thursday I have a day off so I will get that welded on and clean the d/s inner wing up and paint it. Then I will fit the inner a panel that side !

Got the rad panel welded on today then ran out of gas


Decided to fix the dents on the metro bonnet and get it primed up



Will get the bonnet rubbed down and painted tomorrow!

Painted and clear coated the metro bonnet and finished the switch panel while i was at it!


Just ordered a P/S inner a panel, both genuine outer a panels, drip rail P/S and a D/S front panel mounting point repair panel for the van! so when these arrive i will get both inner and outer a's fitted then the scuttle can go on! Yay ! but then i need to save up for a genuine front end

Everyone with a mk1/ van is hitting the a panel area now and no one really knows how it all works! I will try to get it right but its a big mountain to climb !

Cheers guys! I got a set of wheels to paint for a customer then I will tackle both sides ! :s
