welded it inside aswell for mucho de strengtho.

still got more welding to do inside, filling some holes, then paint / seam seal etc. but thats after.


then put some whopping great holes in the valence. got some more to do yet... 8)

not i got to cut the center of the boot floor out to fit an ally fuel tank box!! :D

You could do it easily, get a thin bit of metal tube and then have two small pipes branching off then weld on whats almost like the inside of a bearing race and roll them like you would roll an arch :P

Hassle but worth it.

Fine then, rounded metal ball, drill and tap a hole in the centre, get a flat 1/2 bit of steel as a load leveller, drille and tap, then just tighten it up with a ratchet and let the swaging commence.

Bro I got them tools isn't it.:P anyway we got loads at work, had to have loads when we rebuilt a chevron B8 my boss has the front end off of..

Boot floor is from some 'modern' mini ;).
