This is my plate. I was going to buy it, but couldn't afford it while at Uni. Then it disappeared from the DVLA website :( . Fortunately it then appeared under my xmas tree :)

I'm not sure I've been on the scene long enough to understand what it means but I actually really like personalised reg plates.

As soon as I find one that's decent I shall be purchasing!

Cheers, I actually had an old man chase me out of a super market carpark until i was stopped at traffic lights to comment on the plate. It's nice to know some people recognise it on the car

I think DVLA are phasing a lot of these rude ones out, sure I heard it somewhere, funny though none the less! :D

A chap who lived near me and who was a well-known truck racing driver had a Merc with the plate PEN15.
There was a Mini Traveller with the plate UPU2.
In the next village are two Mercs: URA1 & URA2.

The first Mini to win the Monte Carlo Rally, in Jan 1964, was a 1071 cc Cooper 'S' driven by Paddy Hopkirk with the reg. no. 33EJB. It was red with a white roof.

That's one of the ones that were for sale on eBay along with X33 EJB and W33 EJB. I really wanted X33 EJB but didn't have 2k spare plus, I'd already got X6 LBL on.
They look great on classic minis, let's hope they don't end up on binis ;-)

The DVLA are only removing new plates and the rude ones that get scrapped on cars. If its already registered on a car they aren't removing them, SO you can buy K1 UNT in confidence lol

That is all

Alan Clarke from Chesterfield, was instructed by the DVLA to remove the plate 'BO11 LUX' from his Range Rover last year, just six weeks after he had bought it for £399...... Tis a shame, now that's a plate!!!

Oh I didn't know that, seems to be the only one like that that was on that site. Haha I wish I could afford one of these Paul, like you say they do look spot on Minis!
