Turns out i don't have any pics of the floor going in but i fitted the whole thing and the rear join was under the centre of the crossmember. The side bit to the tunnel, i just bent the side of the floor up to meet the tunnel.
Hope that makes sense??

Makes perfect sense Ben, I'll probably trim that back about an inch after the cross member then and do the bend up on the tunnel join if required.
Can't wait in a sad sort of way to get back welding! I've missed it Haha

Well I wasn't too well today as a result of the weather. but I managed to pop out later on and get the floor pan trimmed and adjusted in certain places.
The bad news is the Toeboard, I'm afraid my concerns came to light (in the dark funnily enough!), and the toeboard had rot about 1.5inch up it.
So here are some more terrible camera pictures!

Oh well, that won't take you 5 mins to knock up a toeboard repair mate!

No not at all, but it's one more thing to doo isn't it.
I couldn't carry on tonight because I ran out of day light, and also had to cut out the bracing as there isn't much room even now to get in with the grinder (without having the usual face full of sparks!)

Probably true Haha, I think they would hate me anyway even if I didn't make any noise, some neighbours are just like that I guess.

Haha, they're more patient than my dads old ones anyway. They hate me with a Vegneance.
Great work by the way
