sorry to hear about that steve, what a ******* though there's no need to take the mars bar, it's just not right :'( :'( .
personnaly i probably would have lost the temper mate, but good on ya for not doing so :D .

and as for the question i don't wave at the new bini's and if i did i'd have my hand up waving so much that i'd be better of just driving one handed! there's just way too many of them around.
parked up next to one at a shopping centre and he spoke to me saying that he liked ma mini and was quite interested in old minis. which was quite nice

so i ask you do you wave to new minis? should i have waved?

Do I wave at binis?

Do I f :- k!

A couple of years ago i used to give every one of them a nice hand gesture or spit at them as they went past, but ive grown out of it. Just ignore them now.

Incedently, if somone came over all agressive and knocked somthing out of my hands, i know i would snap instantly!, I have no fuse at all with morons. I envy you for keeping cool :D)

I sometimes get one flashing at me and I always flash back and these people are the ones that more than likely to have a "proper mini" sat back at home, but more often than not if you flash at Binis 1st they just tend to give you a blank look or hit the brakes as they think the pigs are round the corner!!! As has been already said if you flashed at every Bini you would wear out the indicator stalk!!!

Before I say anything I shall say this. If you're reading this and you own a Bini, then this won't apply to you as you have a respect for the classic Mini...if you didn't you wouldn't be here.

Anyway, I just want to say that 95% of Bini owners DO buy it because it's "fashionable" at the moment and this situation only goes to back up my theory that most Binis are owned by Bimbo's and Gits, or as I like to call them collectively, Bits.

The guy's a p***k and one day soon you'll see him in a different car because the Bini will be written off because you'll find people like him don't respect the car, the road and the art of being a good driver. Most people who pass their tests today can't drive because they never drive a car that don't have the luxuries of power steering, ABS, etc (sounds like a Mini).
They will always suck and Classic Car owners will rule the world...of driving

Well done Steve, for keepin your cool. I envy that I really do, because I woulda just nutted him or sommat...I'm writing this angrily as I speak, that's how bad I am with people like that. If I ever meet you for some reason, never point him out because I'll just go over and smack him one

I *thumbs up*/flash/wave a Bini if it does so to me first. But I'd do that to any car on the road be it a mini, bini, or a renault kangoo! because some people just wave or thumbs up because they think my car is cool, doesn't mean they feel the belong to the same owners group as i do.
Would never be the first to flash or wave a bini though! (might give them an evil snare but that's about it).
