Hi Mini Experts

I have purchased my first Mini.. Hooray! and I have started on a bit of a mission to reorgainse the wiring in the Dash. I have taken care in labeling everything as I go and taking photos. I have come across a problem or two.

Since rewiring, I haven't been able to get the security system immobilizer deactivate and the car is stuck where it is. So I believe this is linked to the wiring of the Ikey barrel in the dash. So I have checked a number of things. 1st thing to check was the battery, battery connection, solenoid and engine bay fuse boxes.. All works fine. Engine turns when briding the solenoid.

So working back there I believe the issue is due to the key barrel wiring. The problem I'm having is, I don't know what all the spades to on the ignition barrel and can't find a) any labeling of the model number of the barrel and what configuration the wiring should be in.

What Mini is it?  The wiring colour code is British Standard, there is a full key to the standard in the FAQ section.

It's a 1972 Clubman and it's located in New Zealand.
