removed the outer sill to find a rotten inner sill so cut the lot out, thought i had pictures of it , but can not find them, got a pic of passenger side which is just the same

new home made inner sill tacked in

new step sill welded on

up rated home made subframe mount much stronger

rear floor rusty patch 

 

 

 

 

decided to replace the whole section length as the channel was badly pitted

another home made jacking point very strong but i dont think i will jack on it

outer sill tack welded on just need to weld underneath 

 

 

 

sill welds painted, needs sill rubbing down then top coat

Great thread mate, I did not expect to see what was to come after the first few posts... looks very tidy but what lurks underneath eh! Where abouts in mids are you? Love to see those two :).
