So I have two road bikes a Boardman Team alloy and a falcon 60's steel frame
MTB's genesis Mantle 10 29er
One bit of advice do not use halfords for bikes they are useless when they built my boardman up they wouldn't do the simple things like greasing the bb and headset cables weren't tight so the brakes slid loose, find a local bike only shop and it will be a lot better and cheaper and safer down the line.
I raced last year not done anything this year I do about 200-300km a week on my road bike and whenever I can get on the MTB been up to about 70kph which is good fun ahaha spent to much on my bikes defo a lot more than my mini
Here's my winter bike and commuter

Complete with a turbo ;)

My race bike
Excuse the forks I crashed in a race at 35mph cost over £400 to repair the parts and the white and pink forks and £125 cheaper than the grey ones and rattle cans aren't that much ;)

Terrible photo of my MTB

Cheers Jack

I do a lot of trails/XC type stuff, mainly over Cannock Chase as it's just up the road. Just for exercise more than anything to help lose weight, tend to avoid the DH type stuff now as I don't get sick pay at work so don't want top risk being off with broken limbs!
Bottom bracket has just started creaking on it again so looks like I'll be swapping that out this week if I get chance.
Also got me an old raleigh racer with a reynolds frame I stripped down and turned into a fixie, tops out at 35mph but is great fun on the roads :)

Just got two puncher's today bleeding thorns from the farmer trimming his field bushes
walked to tesco for my repair kit as my old kits adesive had evaporated into thin air :s haha
This thread should be like a "what did you do on your bike today/recently ?" kinda thread haha
Oh and gave my gears and chain a good clean that i,ve never done before, stripped the whole frame and cleaned piece by piece and i never knew some of the parts were painted in those colours
