I have a 94 Sprite spi and a low mileage original 88 Jet Black, also a 87 MR2 Mk1b.

 

Really like the look of a proper Mk3!!

 

Cool ! do you have any threads of them ? :) 

 

A proper Mk3 i very lovely with the right parts, but well, i would always want a MK1 :)

I am never going to use the  original jack and i never want her to rust again, so i did this.

Welding looks great bud wish mine looked that'd good lol would of saved me a fortune in flap discs lol keep it up buddy

that jack hole is Tig welded, because i wanted it to be visible and not grinded. its just much nicer then the CO2 weldings :) 

 

yours is also coming along well ! do i see you in it at IMM in august ? :)

I think tig is amazing! i can stick things together with it but nothing as neat as that... im working on it

yes it is... and therefore i thought that it could be very nice to close this with it. but i gotta say, that it was my mate who tig welded it.. can't take the credit :)

I have not been updating lately because my Nissan needed a big service and update for the upcoming shows and a big danish magazine  :D

But here is a little update on the Mini :) 

 

Both sides are finished :)

Front is done ! all welds is grinded and nice bonnet gaps ! :)

Did you spot this subframe mount is a rear mount so in the wrong place?

Its an late mk3 (1975) so it has these in the front and back :) - i don't know what yeah they changed it.
