Back in the day when i was adjusting my distributor I couldn't find cams easy and didn't want to pay for lucas parts. There's info on grinding cam tips to increase the angle, but no way to decrease it, short of trying to weld on new noses and regrind. I found i could just use thin brass tubing from the hobby store slipped over the spring post the cam nose contacts. I believe the tubes are 1/64" thick, which equates to about 1 degree. You just need to make sure to clear all the spring travel and any other little moving bits. The tubes are sold in sizes that nicely telescope together, so you can just add more tubes to keep adding degrees. I think I took off 3 degrees. After deciding what i wanted i used some lead solder and made them one solid piece, super glue would work just as well..
