There is a school of thought out there which states, if you communicate what you are trying to get across does it make a difference?
Language has been changing and evolving since the beginning of time. Technology is probably speeding this up though.
For example, "The fool doth think he is wise, but the wise man knows himself to be a fool". (William Shakespeare)
I'm not saying I agree or disagree with this.
The words I cannot abide however, are naink (meaning nothing) and saink (meaning something)
I had this argument the other day (admittedly drunkenly), if the purpose of words is to convey meaning and you understood what I meant, then it was fine for me to use those words.
Having said that, what the hell is naink never heard that one before
