Not miss fuelled, it was fine the whole way there but suddenly it just went funny.

Id say its *******.......
Looks like excessive crank case pressure... Plus its misfiring too. If it was rebuilt, something wasn't done right. I'd take it out and start again.....

The thing is I bought it off someone with a good reputation on turbo minis, so I'd have though it would have been done right. Really annoying as it cost a fair big and I thought it would be fine until I rebuilt my other engine slowly, but I guess not.Id say its *******.......

I bought it of someone that had it set up as a turbo engine, and he did a couple of thousand miles since it was rebuilt.

And I haven't been revving it loads(fuel economy), rev limiter is set to 5700rpm and I have not hit it.

How many breathers do you have on the engine? looks like a fair bit of crank pressure!

Just the tappet breather and the rocker cover cap, I was in the process of looking into getting a catch tank and plumbing it into the rocker cover which came with the engine. A that's what they recommended at the rolling road, but I would not have though it was have caused the piston rings to give up.

Hi,
As others have mentioned, I would agree with damaged rings and/or piston in one cylinder. The way the crankcase smoke is "chuffing" out of the filler cap hole and the fact the engine sounds like it's only running on 3 cylinders does point to one damaged set of rings/piston.
Again, as already stated, a compression check would be quick and easy and will help find the cylinder/piston at fault. If a check reveals one cylinder with a lower reading, its time to remove the head and see what the damage is.
Cheers, Steve.
