Also reassuring seeing someone else with no power in their garage but still making the most of things. My only other problem is I live 5 floors above my garage and theirs no way the neighbours will let me put it on the drive/shared gardens. Saw a petrol generator in B&Q today for £50, £99 and £200... might be tempted.
Keep up the good work dude!

but how can you say you have wasted an hour n half... its given you some ideas yeh?
So its not wasted!
I have a garage with no power, but I bring it down home when I need to se power, but with the welding out of the way, I can get on and do the interoir, and start tarting up the front end!
Its all coming together, I'd say, if all goes well, I can prob see this starting up, and being driveable by early feb! then off down to Bristol for the respray!

What a fab project, its got everything going for it.... heroics, dedication, neighbourly feudes, nationality crisis

Erm, well lets say, I am getting the paint job rather nicely priced by a friend of the Forum!
I can prob do a detour, but not to sure to be honest, as I can't tow the trailer, not got the liecse to do it!

So it'll all be down to dad! BBBBUUUUTTTTT, as i anit gotta pay to get out of wales, I could detour via yours, but knowing dad, it'll be M5, M4, bristol....
Tell you what, why not just detour this way when you go see Dean? you can see it before and after, and almost done then too!!!
If your lucky, I might even have it done one time you call by, and let you either come out in it, or have a spin yourself!!
I've saved a fourtune!! Got some Rare pricey bits for cheap, but I have also paid thought the nose for other bits! But all in all! it'll be how I want ti!
