Ok updates!

!
No welding I'm afraid, weathers been too shitty!
But got the spanners out, and had a visit to the Malvern Mini Show... spent about £250.
Doors are now sorted

So retro_10's stop worring about the '25 not being oridganal!

Bought some recon'd ones from the Minidoor company.co.uk, £170 for the pair, meant to be £260

Also picked up some aliuminim arches, from Miniboo... going to have some fun fitting them

also I have got myself a leccy dizzy, no more worries about puddles now

ok ok ok... the only bit you lot look at, pictures....
Stripped the head off the engine, to see if the engine is how it was advertised (1330) after a look at the pistons, it looks like a standard 1275....
Also took all the windows out this weekend... the rubbers were that hard, they just crumbled under a bit of pressure from a screw driver...
Engine bay is almost completely stripped ready for wire brushing and painting...
Got most of the interir stripped too, started stripping it after I took the steering colom out to get at the brake, and cluch master cylinder pins... man I forgot how much of a pain in the arse that job is!
Ok now the good bits, bits I got this weekend...
First up, my new doors! 100% rust free, and ones already coated in primer! and the other came with free hinges.... which I don't need, so if anyone needs hinges.... PM me

And my arches, these I am going to rivit on, then filler over, make it look smmmmmoooootttttthhhhh....
More updates next weekend
