Wipers, Heater Matrix And Flash Not Working

So it's happened before, can't remember what I did to fix it, it isn't the fuses but my heater matrix, wipers and of last night (might be unrelated to the other two going) the flash went :/

So I don't know if somewhere down the line these wires meet up but they have all miraculously stopped working. So does anyone know what could be the problem, or where to check?

You mean heater motor? Heater matrix I'd full of water ;-)
They'll all be on the second fuse down only live when the ignition is on (think).

Yeah that's what I mean :P all the fuses are fine, I will check to make sure the wires are still on

Check the back of the fuse box for corrosion

If it turns out the fusebox is ok then check for a feed in and out on the terminals, and when your satified that you have voltage there, then its time to move to checking the connections at the wiper motor (FAQs has a post showing terminals) and check for a feed into the stalk and out when the flash is pulled.
