Thanks for all your input, I think I will start getting the parts together to build a torquey, free revving 1293 engine, I am not really bothered about being a world beater, I guest that's why I like Historics, I think the best thing is to build a strong unit that I can get going with that isn't going to blow up and lasting a season comfortably, then after that maybe add some upgrades once I have the car a bit more sorted and my driving is more competent! Thank for the input though, I will keep you posted!

 Ooooo i do like that. i guess it alignes all the top pivots I wish that was around in the 90s when i did mine.
