Your pickup looks great 👍
Regarding the clutch master cylinder leaking around the cap sometimes, I had the same issue when I changed my old master cylinder for a new one. The cap leaked, then cracked. So I brought another new one, again that leaked and cracked as well.
In the end I brought an old original second hand one at a Mini show, and it hasn’t leaked or cracked since. Might be worth a try!

Question about your fuel tank and electric pump. Is the electric pump just using the one line from the tank? I plan to use a more modern setup with return line and vent pipe as I am using an Integra engine as it has a high pressure system. They usually mount on the top of the tank and I don't believe there will be any room between tank and floor. One option would be to have an inspection hole for internal pump close to the side wall and behind the wheel well and the lines would connect above the floor. Would have to also manufacture a proper cover. Any comments or observations on you system would be appreciated.

yep - just a low pressure pump to the carb

as you'll need a high pressure setup you'll either need to figure out how to fit the pump in the tank or as some have done use an external swirl pot as the source for the high pressure pump

there's been a few discussions on the site if you dig around

when I rebuilt the loom i included feeds to driving lights so thought it was about time i made use of them

..the first step, as always, involves head scratching, flat plate, hacksaw, drill, vice and a large hammer to make up some brackets

these are attached to inside of the grill panel

to allow a pair of 6" light bars to sit behind the grill

..there's a little bit more fettling required to get the alignment sorted, but they're certainly effective !

Very stealthy, chap! and very bright!

I keep longing for a removable pressed grille, i have bigger things to worry myself about right now, but its always there in the back of my mind, on the 'list' have you put anything around the edge or back to cushion it against the front panel?
