I wonder how many times it came off the boards and got stuck in the grass? And how many times the baby chair fell out?

Well done on the move!

Excellent work by all concerned.

Hopefully you'll get power and lighting sorted soon! Good luck

A few times came off the boards and had to lifted it to put it back. It took us a while to get it into the garage, but all worth it.  The baby chair was secured to the car, so it didn't fall out. Funny thing is the chair is for a friend who just had a baby, not for us!

The 'to do list' for the house is very large... Garage will come last I'm afraid... :(

Hopefully in a couple of months everything will be sorted, so I can come back to the Mini.

Cheers.

Victor.

Good evening,

Almost a year since my last post, I have been busy: moving house and building a new garage!

The Mini project has been on hold, but I'm planning to come back to it very soon (when I finish the garage!)

Now I saw that all the photos are not available due to the Imgur thing, but also saw that installing Opera should fix it. I will try to do that next...

It is good to be 'almost' back to it. More updates soon.

Cheers.

Victor.

Yep, I've just done that, Opera seems to work just fine after enabling the built-in VPN.

looking forward to your future updates, Vic!

It looks like I sort out the VPN and can upload some pictures...

This is the new home for my Mini, which I built myself, with the help from a few friends. From pouring the concrete, to assembling the structure, waterproofing, insulation, cladding, electrics and finishes! Some pics below:

I'm hoping to get the garage done before Christmas, so I can crack on with the Mini in the new year!

Cheers.

Hi ViKtor,

Awesome, very jealouse.

Great to see a cheeky Jack Russell in charge of the building team.

Like Monty in the picture to the left who has to be involved with anything and everything that is going on.  :D  :D

Hi,

Not meaning to teach you to suck eggs but if any welding is being done please make sure enquisitive Mr Jack Russell is nowhere near. He does not know not to look at the active welding torch.

Paddy
