Clutch Biting Point Is When The Clutch Pedal Gets All The Way To The Top

i have a paddle clutch installed on my mini,the clutch biting point is when the pedal reaches the top(default position when not pressed). the car was only used 2 times with the paddle clutch, first time worked well and second time i got this problem. any help will help cheers.

What flywheel set up.
sounds like poor set up.

There is a little bolt you can adjust with a locknut that sets where the release lever returns to. Easy to reach and see under the bonnet. You might need to screw that into the flywheel housing a bit. You need two 7/16 spanners.
