Which year(s) had turn signal "cut into" wheel flare?

I see it in 1991 photos but not in 1990 photos.

Side indicators were present on 1990 and 1991 minis, someone has likely added the MPI wheel arches, as those arches were only fitted at factory from 1996 onwards and with MPI engines only. No 1991 minis left the factory with those arches. It was a popular mod back in the 90s, and still is for some!

Well there were badged cooper sport at the end of the production run in 1999 - 2000, see here one for sale

1969, Mk3 onwards, same time the Mini lost its sliding windows and went wind up and deleted external door hinges.
