What mini do you drive and are there any mods done to it ?
Also what are your plans :-) !

I have a 1993 Mini Mayfair that I am trying to put back on the road after several years in my garage. It starts but the clutch has seized. The Master Clutch cylinder is rotting through at the top and the slave cylinder is fully extended. How can I get the clutch to work?

After a 20 year break from Mini ownership (I used to have a 1982 van) and a change of country, I'm now the very proud owner of a beautiful Spanish built 1972 Leyland Authi 850 Deluxe.
Very original condition, though has benefitted from a respray in correct BRG, and some re-upholstery.

Hi, Rover Mini Cooper Sport, R reg, 1998, British Racing Green, been off the road since 2018, the car was some how kept together by “rust”. Refurbished by Classic Motors in Wembury, engine and gear box rebuilt by Paul Inch. Now in process of running in and ironing out the little niggles etc. It’s at the stage of a saved mini and not scrap! Looking forward to meet the mini fraternity. I was the proud owner of a 1275GT until I wrote it off in 1987.

Hi from Australia...I drive a 1970 Mk2 Morris Cooper S. I am about 5 years from retirement and have owned the car for about 6 months.

I have already clocked up quite a few miles and found the old brick to be very reliable so far. Engine is a bit smokey and will need a rebuild when I retire also

looking at reconditioning suspension then as well. I have joined a mini car club and intend to go on heaps of runs and just enjoy driving it not just looking at it. Cheers

Hi, I'm a newbie (well, sort of - in that my 1991 Cooper is the first Mini I've had or driven since I had a Minivan when I was 17 in 1970. Looking forward to seeing all the useful info in this group!

My Morris Cooper S rolled off the production line in December 1964, and was delivered to South Australia January 1965. Its first owner sold to me in April 1968. A few years pure fun driving was cut short by my need to gain qualifications, to earn more serious money, and to attend to repairs. Laid up in 1972 it rested until 2015 when I started preparing for a bare metal resto. I completely stripped the body down ready for grit blasting, powder coating and painting. Engine rebored to 0.060" o/s and the crank reground to 0.020" u/s. New valve seats, guides fitted. Work continues.

Hi i'm from Malaysia and i own a 1974 Mini 1000. Replaced the engine to a 1275 SPi back in 2003 from a JDM Rover. Car is currently under restoration. Bodywork has been completed and currently working on the engine. Cant wait to get the car back on the road. Will definitely post some pictures once the car is completed. Cheers

Hi. Thanks for adding me. I am restoring an English Moke in Kenya. I have replaced all the floor panels and rear 'bulkhead' and restored an replacement rear subframe, which when I offer it up, is too long and the mounting points don't line up. I was meticulous about positioning the new bulkhead but the rearmost threaded 'pin' mounting is about 5/8ths rearward of where it should be. The subframe measures twenty four and a half inches from it's 'face' to the centre of the pin, it seems a mini or moke one is one inch shorter.
Is there such a thing as a longer subframe? Perhaps from an 1100/1300 or a maxi?
