Riv Run is like a whole week (I wouldnt be able to just go for the weekend) and I have to work, and I'd have nobody to go with... and mini maybe not that reliable, etc etc But I wanted to be able to go hence the unhappy face!

I have my final Accountancy exams in June so May events are pretty much a no-no, but I may unofficially do L2B if car is reliable and I have time/money/reliability/someone to go with!!!

After my exams finish I hope to go to lots of shows over the summer months - there is an As of Herts event isn't there in July? I think I saw it in MiniWorld's events list. Has anybody been to this before? Is it any good? Us Bucks lot could convoy down there for it if so...

i went to a few bucks mini meets but i sort of got bored heh... we could go to Ace cafe on the first thursdays i went to the ast one it was good, spoke to people got good food and is a good cafe

we keep missing the ace cafe event.. is it regular? really want to go to that one. and yes know what you mean about the club it can get a bit stale but i guess thats clubs for you, only as good as the members and i can only do so much mini talk so leave hubby to it really.

yeh its every month not sure if i'm doing next month as its the day before newquay but will let everyone know maybe get a convoy going

I'd like to go to an Ace Cafe meet, not sure about the minis ability to go bombing down the mway though so perhaps if I get to know some people on here I could hitch a lift

not sure if the black mini that started this all off is mine... dont live in SM but other side aylesbury and familly all in the area so quite possible me/ hubby/ both were there at that time.
anyone going to the brroklands meet tomorrow? or London brighton later in May?

Hell yeah! looking forward to L2B this year. I was so dissappointed i didn't go last year. had the ticket and everything.

not sure whats happening this weekend, but for now, i'm up for that. Dash might be in a state as i'm waiting for bits to come in before i can finish off the new one.
