Wiring
Got no indcaters... one headlight, and one sidelight (different sides), no washer - if fact the washer unit itself got red hot today, so I think its shorting out somewhere... Might see if I can get my new rear wiring loom in too, as I've taken the headlining out, ready for my new one. Other than that, I need to clean my carpet, give all a polish and clean up on the inside, take all my tools out and the inside is ready for use again.

Only thing I need to do after the above is done, is either get my one wheel tubed, or look at fitting my wellers. If the wellers have to go on, then I need to fit my arches... unless I just take to to Malvern, a little bit illgeal

Its amazing to drive ok it was only down the road 100yrds, but wow

Hes now sat back in the garage, awaiting for me to fit the exhaust properly and fit a new rear loom...
But tonight, I've managed to get his indcaters working, headlamps working, again, so technically I am now legal or lethally allowed on the roads again

Tomorrow night, fit new rear loom... and test etc... fit exhaust properly..
Wednesday - Get it to my mate in the garage, and get the timing setup properly, and tune it slightly... and sort the tracking up

Once thats done. I am done

Its a nice feeling knwoing it all coming together...

Got my rear lights working all proper... tonight... only thing thats no working for a realyl weird reason is my brake lights...


Anyone got any idea to why my brake lights aren't working?

Also, I decided to go for a test run tonight, only litrally down the block..
Heard a really "Wheels loose" noise... got out check, was all fine... got worse n worse... then suddenly, bang, I hit the deck... and my front drivers wheel carried on......

Got out onlt to find, the centre of the wheel was still on the hub, and the wheel had actually come apart!!!



Thankfully, the centre was still on, so saved my caliper and disk, but my god, you've never seen me change a wheel so fast in all my life - application form for F1 pitcrew is in the post!! Its not an ideal place stuck in the middle of the road....

But anyways, booked Flubber in to have his tracking done, and get his new wellies fitted to my wellers.. £45 all in!! Not a bad price is you ask me!

So tomorrow, he'll hopfully be sprting a set of 10x6 wellers... and maybe some W+P arches...

have you checked the brake pedal switch? mine was nackerd so replaced it and i had brakes lights then.. only a few quids if i remember..

AND I found the problem with my brake lights... bloody conection was loose, quick re-clamping of a new one, job done, I have lights again
