Cant believe you are blocking off access to the rear garden. I would have left the drive in and built a garage at the bottom. You could have the mini in the garage and a couple on the drive, with plenty of parking for guests.

Looks like its coming on well though.

4th kid on the way.... i have a workshop near my dads house... and i still have 3 spaces on the drive and 2 on the road if i need them ,my brother's house is 3 doors down and i can park on his, and my mum and other brother live 100 yards away in a house i built with 4 parking spaces.....

I think we'll stay here for another 2 years an then move again... should make a tidy sum.

Why not buy an old multi-storey car park and change the top levels into a lush family penthouse!!

Loads of parking spaces then!!

grass is coming up a treat too... i had 2 huge sacks of seed and spread it so the mud looked yellow, then raked it all in and watered it... then it rained non stop for a week ^_^ it suddenly appeared a bit green this morning (looked like moss) and had grown loads by this evening!!!! so i've just emptied the other sack full all over the top of it and watered that, will get the sprinker out if we get a dry day, but the ground is boggy and the air temp is still quite high so perfect weather for grass :errr:
