There is a section to cover the dials but the white dial surroundy bit needs cutting

I bought some new door cards from Retro Retrims at MITP, brown vinyl with a thin cream stripe, they're luvverly

Due to lack of funds the Mini is currently residing in my parents' garage because the tax & MOT have just run out

I also think the front brakes need doing... I had rear brakes done in May so he stops pretty well but I've noticed only one front wheel is covered in brake dust which strikes me as a bad thing

It's still "resting" in my parents' garage, may well be staying there til spring now as it never gets much use over winter

The front door cards are fitted, can't get the old back ones out so they are still waiting to be changed.
Still to do:
Fix stereo
Change rear door cards
Fit mk2 rear lights
Fit the rollcage I've had for well over a year? Maybe...
MOT & tax

Your Minty is looking great,,,,,
I,ve just gota Mayfair auto 998 cc, i am new to this with no experience although ambitious,,,,
I find myself just looking at Casper ( because it is white ) LOL yes i know its corny but i thought it needed a name and i just dont know where to start.
So far i have put a Mountney steering wheel on and 165 70 12 superlite alloys which now catches on the wheel arch.
It cost me £280 to get Casper through the MOT inner sills and some electrical faults.
Hope to keep in touch as soon as i get use to this site ( just joined today ) i will post some pictures of Casper
Keep up the hard work ( and expense )

So the project is over as far as I am concerned, but he did get through an MOT needing only one tyre, and a wire reattached (lol) and the new owner has promised that Minty will be seen at shows!!
