I used part number 42 from

http://www.somerford...-Cabriolet,.pdf

It replaces the whole back panel including the boot hinge mounts, a tip when fitting is to use a 3/8 drive socket extension in the 3 bumper holes to locate it

Damn already replaced the centre pannel so want to cut that back out.

Did you get much at combe?
All i ended up with was a new pair of gaz shocks, and wet feet

Picked up some a new genuine rear subframe, gots some new lock barrels/keys and front indicators as well

Love this! I'm impressed! Although I'd be a little concerned about moisture getting to the bare metal and it starting to rust!

Rusting is a concern for me as well but so far its been fine since I moved it into the shed. Hopefully I can get it painted in etch primer one night this week, as I'm starting work this weekend on a house build for my dad I wont have as much time to work on the mini as I would like

SWMBO has her birthday on the 1st of Dec so it would be nice to at least complete the painting for then

As a side note I got the black Mayfair's engine running, fixed the siezed clutch and took it for a little drive around the yard all seems to be working well enough for a transplant into the brown bomb once it has been painted. This will give me some much needed extra time to build the 1275 engine to go in next year :wacko:
