boy you can shore paint.. fair to you .. its looks very nice that mini does.. i aint far off painting myself.. its nice to see a girl doing all the work on a mini...

Why thank you. I will be showing my boyfriend that. He doesn't think i can do it!! Im not mechanically minded as such, but ill think about things! Look thro a book, or ask advice.

how much would u charge for a spray job ????

depends where you are! work commitments. but prob just the cost of the paints, and any travelling i'd have to do! But not looking for another mini to spray just yet!!

AAAARRRRGGGGHHHH!!! two weeks today and all three minis have to be completed!!!! We've got an engine change in 1 this week end, then Lilly goes in the garage to be stripped while they finish my boyfriends mini and get it thro its MOT!! then put mine back together?? Is it possible??

Well im nowe heading up to the garage to do what I can before the rugby starts today. Wasn't it great that Argentina beat France!!! Lets hope the Irish beat the french too!! Come on Ireland!!!

Well i will post any pictures i take of my Lilly up here this evening. Doubt i'll get much done, but might start putting some glass in, hammerite the underside of the bonet. We'll see. Keep you updated!!

Hello to you all today. Hit a problem yesterday! Some one has got rid of my headlining!!! So cant put the glass in untill i can get hold of one which will be payday on the 21st!! But I did get the Stainless finishing strips on, the door rubbers, boot hinges, stainless roof trim. I went to put my bumper on but my mate nicked the nuts for her bumper, so couldn't put that on!

Well here are the latest photos of my Lilly. One shows the underside of the bonnet, another shows my exhaust (what u think?!!?) Another shows the two colour ive used, and another should have been to show that the new chrombe boot hinges, boot seal, s/s roof trim and s/s finishing strips are on, but ill have to get a better pic!!

Not long now till i can get some real interesting photos up on here, but looks like things are being set back to next friday or saturday not tomorrow as we expected!

Any one have any tips on the best way to put the sound deadening inside the car. Im using a spray glue?

Get ready to check in each day, as there is a lot of action about to start!! In the garage she goes!

Well been up the garage today. Got the rear bumper on, the sound deadening glued down (corners only!) Got the engine mounts in and the wiper blanking plates. Then I noticed and i dont know how i didn't before i dunno, the front mounts on the subframe were missing. So now i'm back waiting for more parts. Tried to fit the rear lights but gave up as they just wont fit on the rubbers properly. Also tried to change the door glass with help from the other half, but he is not the patient type so i had to leave that for another day when my mate is up there, as he has the patients of a saint like me!!!

Well thats the latest up date except for the mini that is having its engine changed before mine can go in the garage is hopefully coming out tomorrow/Fri morining. We are going to work through the night on that one as we are now running short of time. The engine re-build for the 2nd mini is now complet and being picked up tomorrow, so hopefully saturday that will be completed ready to go for a mot on monday or tuesday.

Wish us luck, we are going to need it. They all have to be done and ready for travelling down to castle combe, so we have until two weeks tomorrow to get them all perfect.
