i think its so nice tha even the women are puting to eferf in to keep the mini's on the road i have a rose and i no its a girly one but it was free so im not complaining ill post pics in my own prtojects one as soon as i can

Please do. I think a lot of men think women cant do it. Last night for example the lads finished working on the rally car and i asked if one of them could give me a hand to get my engine out and i was told no because they were to tired. So i told them fine i'll do it alone, they said i'd never do it but within 2 hours the engine was out! SO CHEER IT UP FOR THE LADYZ!

well a lot has been done over the last couple of days. not much left to do! We, I mean I, got the shell rolling and today in going to start putting her back together!! Still cant get pics on here! Will work something out soon!

I did call down but wasn't in the mini as it is still not quite ready. But look out for me at MITP08 ill be there camping and having fun!!

OK I AM GOING TO LOSE THE PLOT. my engine should have been going in tonight, but OOOHHH NOOOO. it aint! But hey I can now upload my photos as normal. will have to log off the computer and switch users!! Update soon! OMG Santa Pod Week 2moz no engine in, no seats, no dash, no wheel arches, no wing mirrors. . . NO MOT!!!

Pic 1 is before the accident at home. Pic 2 top is day of accident at Raglan Castle. bottom My first mini!! yes it really is candy pink! pic 3 The damage (well some of it) pic 4 the day of the accident at castle combe. pic 5is the club name in my new window at top and lilly's new lights and indicators at the bottom. pic 6 is her new exhaust. and pic 7is her new custom dash and console!

Things are moving on, but slowly. Didn't make it to Santa Pod. Gutted! Never mind There is no way im missing Castle Combe and the lads agree that she has to go there. So doing the final bits and peices this week end around shift work (does putting an engine in count as bits and peices??? lol) Will keep you updated! and provide more pics!!

Well she is up on ramps for the engine to go in either tonight or in the morning. (depending on how tired mr mechanic is!!) I gave him a bit of a shock yesterday by telling him its booked in for MOT week 2morro!! Problem with the electrics now though, but a couple of the forum lads halped me out with that problem. OOhh and she has wing mirrors at last so the only things that now need to be done are fixing the wiring, Engine in and everything connected, dash to go in once electrics sorted, gear linkege is going in tonight (after i've built up the courage to kill a massive spider by my front door!! It really is massive and i aint being a girl before you say it!!), exhaust, wood and picket wheel arches and the drivers seat.!! That is it. the end is in sight at long last!!! Oh and some petrol would be a good start!

I HAVE AN ENGINE IN!!!! WOOP WOOP!!! YEY! ill post some pics later. oh the engine ent in around mr mechanic dancing in a strange fashion to some woman on the CD player singing "touch my body"! lol

ok she is booked in for her MOT on friday and somehow she is ready. Well with the exception of getting the exhaust clamps on and taking the cover off the clutch pedal as it keeps catching the centre console. And the indicators are not working. The hazzards do, but not the indicators! Then she is done! Ooh also got to do the timing. This time tomorrow she will be done and ready for action!

Castle Combe here I come!

Well she went for her MOT and faled but not on anything major, and i knew about a couple of things! She failed on Break Light bulb (Not working), Handbrake inoperable, a ball joint, exhaust leaking from the manifold, and that was it, so she is going to Castle Combe for definate as she is going back for her MOT on monday, maybe tuesday! Yey, its been a long time coming and i have enjoyed keeping this thread, although it is not finished just yet as you all have to see what she now looks like! Ill get some pics taken on monday and post them! Incase i dont check back in to say hi to everyone, see you at Castle Come on Saturday and if your staying at the Chase friday night or saturday night, Ill see you then!
