Is it just the camera angle on the first one or are you running some funny camber settings on that?

It appears to have added some negative camber when I lowered the front, it seems to have improved the handling somewhat. I may be getting a negative camber kit soon anyway and get it set up properly.

Handling is much improved over standard Sportspack wheels, lighter steering and more responsive. The tyres are by far the biggest factor, I would personally recommend getting A032s or A008s if you want something a bit cheaper.

Bonnet badge holes were filled in and sprayed by previous owner due to a dent made by some kids stealing the badge.

As said above, you can't go any further out on the wheels and keep it legal.

I wouldnt go for just the neg camber kit, the fully adjustable one isnt that much more expensive, and while you've got it in bits you may as well stick the good stuff on. Makes a real difference. Also, when you have fixed geometry you can't adjust out any differences between them - it just adds 5 degrees to what you already have, and if thats out then it will give you funny handling... Just a thought!

I can't have done anymore than 1600 miles on them, the thread is still pretty deep. Although it does appear to wear a bit faster than normal road tyres, propably due to the softer compound.

If I was going to get negative camber kit, it would be one of the adjustable ones and not the fixed bottom arms. Again it will need to be properly set up as well.

I said to myself I was going to wash him this weekend, I even parked him outside insted of in the garage. It just never happended, what with the guests visiting and our new cat arriving. I'll probably spend the weekend with him, sorting out a few things and give him a good wash.

I was bored last night so I ripped out the passenger seat, it's very airy in there now.

this porject has to come near the top top of the words to action league ratio league table...

get that adjustable suspension on there. I have a ball joint splitter if you need. You got a 1 5/16" socket?

It's a bit hard to do much work on it when it's a daily driver.

I already have a ball joint splitter. I had to change one of the ball joints when I changed back to the original suspension cones.

They look great! How much room would you say you have left in your arches?
Do you think they could fit under group 2\'s?

They are made for Sportspack arches really, Group 5s would also be okay. Group 2s won't cover all of the tyre and so would be illegal.

If you look back at my last photos you will see where they sit in the arch to clear the brakes.
