It looks mint. Hes on the road with it now, just need to change the timing chain cover to solve an oil leak for him.

But it looks mint and very cool.

parts being delivered from minispares today to fix the oil leak then i can take it out all weekend

i was really unsure on keeping it that colour, but im so glad i did ! it looks fapping awsome of a night time

must admit i never liked it before, buts really grown on me for now.

fixed an oil leak lastnight, the breather on the timing cover had split so we changed that and put on new gasket ect. fired it up and there was a horrible grinding noise...

so off it all gets stripped again.

we hadnt modified the casing enough for the duplex timing chain and it was still rubbing.

anyways, its done now need to adjust the clutch as its stiff going into forward gears and reverse grinds its way in

I think fitting a new roll pin to the linkage is the first call about the clutch, then i will adjust the clutch with you. Can adjust the clutch saturday if you want, before we head down yorkshire?

machine polish or just hand polish. bit of a bugger to machine polish now its built up, hence i havent done mine yet

car done over 100 miles today really proud of it !

been to a locomotion show as our club was approached to be the main stand. car smoked a bit when i booted it, but only sometimes and i also melted through my petrol lines and lost nearly a tank of fuel lol.











and had some fun with some kid in a peugeot on the way home too lets just say he wasnt expecting what he saw
