thats excellent, sounds like your making good progress. geting the welding done is a big hurdle down. is it just sanding and painting left to do now?

the bonnet needs drilling so the fastners can be mounted, engine needs a few bit put back on it along with plumbing/wiring, sand it down and paint it.
only concern at the minute, is when replacing the thermostat, one of the studs snapped flush in the head

im also playing with the idea of a 6point cage

welded in these catches to hold the wings to the car

thats also done between the wings and A panels

rear quarter repair

lines for wings meeting scuttle


removing the bumper lip

had to weld this in to raise the bonnet at the back as it must have sagged a little in the middle

bonnet lines


i think the bonnet is slightly narrower than the average metal one, lines seem to be a tad bigger.
