Now the new plan... well i dont know but it may up removing the floor and doing that before the front end.... needs careful thinking about now.

I wouldn't chop anything else of until you have got some metal welded back in.
You're earlier alignment problems are probably due to the shell moving about whilst the front end is of. If you start on the floors now, the shell will never go back together right.

The problem i have is i cant weld the front end on without replacing the a post as they have gone and the doors are welded on. Im just thinking about the best way of getting through this problem at the moment.

Bought some MPI pulleys yesterday, get them on the 7th... its coming along now.

Not touched the bodywork and had a bit of a delay with the pullies (damn snow) the pullies are now on their way to me and im hoping the weather is nice tomorrow so i can get working on the bodywork again.
Also plans for how the estate will look have changed again
